Laura Massie
I am the owner of Head Over Heels which opened in 2006 when my husband and I moved from Maryland to North Carolina. I attended the University of Maryland University College where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Psychology and have an extensive work history as a social worker in the mental health field. I have always been highly organized and genuinely take pleasure from helping others. I also have always enjoyed event planning, art and design. When I began planning my own wedding, I realized that I truly enjoyed watching all of the small details come together to create my dream wedding. Now I have found my niche and can use these same skills to fulfill my passion of professional event planning by helping you create your own dream wedding.
I am the leader of The Charlotte Wedding & Event Professionals Networking Group. I am certified as a Professional Bridal Consultant through The Association of Bridal Consultants. During the little free time that I have, my husband and I volunteer with an animal rescue group called Project HALO. My personal motto is: Make it Work!

Courtney Vickery
I was born and raised in Monroe, North Carolina. I attended the University of North Carolina at Asheville, majoring in Anthropology and Sociology. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I love meeting new people and assisting them in creating a truly memorable wedding day. My favorite part of the wedding day is the first dance that the bride and groom share.
I have been with Head Over Heels since it began and have worked with many wonderful couples. With my eclectic style and outgoing personality, I love to work with all types of brides. In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts with my boyfriend, spoiling my cats and riding my bicycle.

**Toya has always dedicated her life to helping others and will be continuing her work through volunteering with a mission group during 2009 and will continue to work with us on a limited basis. Sarah Bainbridge
I grew up in a small town in Michigan. After graduating high school I attended Grand Valley State University where I majored in Spanish with a minor in Business. I was also a member of the dance troupe. After graduating, I decided that I needed a change and made the move to Charlotte with my boyfriend. Although I miss my family and friends I am enjoying the warmer weather and the many activities that Charlotte has to offer.
During my spare time I like to scrapbook and take photos. I also love music and movies. However my biggest passion is being able to make a vision come to life. I have always been detailed oriented and a perfectionist. It's because of this that I am looking forward to an exciting future full of wedding planning!
